Hello and welcome!

First off ... for normal content you can play any class with an orc. (This is a promise, normal content can be beaten with any combination of race and class using the armor you fancy by looks ... and for the little situations one may not go this way: a handfull of good new friends. )

Once your Orc has grown into wanting to compete with those already living in tamriel for the last 4 years, class may be important. But even then it'll will only affect those 1-5% of anyways top-performance in Group content (PVE) or the 1-5% of (maybe simply just more skillfull) players you encounter in PVP. Adding to it, patches in eso have a habit of getting rid of meta and installing a new meta - so the best one can do is to know ones race and once class inside out and use the time of leveling to try as many mechanics/playstiles as possible.

With this in mind I would suggest to check, what orcs are good at (https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Races) and which options classes offer (https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Class+Skills).

And then pick what you like and play as you fancy, be assured: its more important to like the race and class you play, then choosing a current meta. You probably have to adjust many of your ideas anyways, during playing and in dependance of solo or group play, PVP or PVE, or patchdays etc etc ... playing something you like will help you to adjust so you can play the way you want to play.

You are getting too much complicated advice.

If you want to play a good class play nightblade.

If you don't play another class.

Nightblade has all the barbarian RP stuff you need.

barbs sneak, check
barbs kill stuff, check
barbs stand in your face and beat your head in, check
barbs tank, check
barbs are untouchable ninjas, check
barbs are Conan, check
barbs dodge sharp stuff while wearing animal furs, check

any class, but by "barbarian" i mean u wanna avoid light/nature themes. So go for stamina sorcerer/nightblade/dragonknight

I'd recommend either Sorcerer or Warden and focus solely on Stamina.

ESO doesn't really have a class itself which gives the barbarian theme.

Thematically the classes are more as follows.
Dragonknight - Fire/Dragon themed, skills include breath weapons, claw attacks, dragon wings.
Templar - More of a holy/priest/paladin themed, skills include healing, divine fire, enchanted spears.
Nightblade - Assassin/Rogue/Soul Mage themed, skills include cloaking in shadows, hidden blade attacks, dark or soul magic.
Sorcerer - Lightning/Wizard/Summoner themed, skills include calling lightning or storms, dark magic to damage or crowed control, summoning daedric beats to serve you.
Warden - Nature/Ranger/Ice themed, skills including summoning animals to aid you, protecting yourself with ice magic or healing with nature magic.

Each class has a number of skills which can be morphed to cost stamina and scale their damage from stamina/weapon damage. If you want to go martial character using a two handed sword then a stamina build is what you want to look for.

There are additional guild skill lines which you can unlock which give you some more options but again none really fit the barbarian stereotype.

If you don't want to wake up one sunny day and find your class gutted by the latest update, play a nightblade. You won't regret it. Promise.

Oh, and go stamina of course. Magicka specs don't play well with greatswords.

And another advise: if you want a basic class, one without class flavor so to say, go stamina sorcerer. That class has one (1) useful offensive stamina skill, the rest is all magicka and/or utility.

I highly suggest duel wielding orcs. One orc is pretty intimidating, but if you double their racial bonuses by using one in each hand, it will only amplify the benefit.

Playing the way you want is fine, if you like playing by yourself.

If you like to play with others, play the best class so you will be appreciated.

Wield nightblade for social game play and beating hard content.

For a Orc Barbarian you might wanna go Nightblade and put most of your points into stamina.

if this is your first MMO and are completely lost as what to do go Templar I find that they are one of the easiest classes for people to learn how to play the game its hard to make a bad Templar build they have some of the best heals in game, best execute good passives and are the most versatile class in the game there great tanks, healers and decent DPS

Remember you have 8 character slots so just play around

Sorcs have good passives that goes well with two hander. Also quick and tanky. I would recommend sorc.

(Partly-Tongue-In-Cheek but this might be fun for a long time)
Start off Warden, get your 2-Handed skill by killing anything with any 2-Handed weapon.
Put the majority of your ability points into Health (but if you run out of too much magicka or stamina, you might want to add some points there).
Now for the tricky part. Barbarian. Never equip any chest armor. And don't use costumes to hide this fact. Wear a mixture of Heavy (legs, belt and head, maybe?) and Medium (bracers, feet and shoulders). This will unlock the two lines of armor to start getting you some bonuses you will need. You can read up on that later. Right now, just go out and smash stuff and pick up the pieces (and by pieces, I mean loot every barrel, urn and crate you can find).
Just rage by /yell ing anything you want to say so everyone sees it in red.
You're good to go. Have a blast out there man.

Pretty much anything but a Templar would work. Warden has a bear pet, so that's probably the most barbarian-eque class, but you'd have to buy it.
