Can we add Cyrodill sets to Inventory

Have been trying to check some stats with Cyrodill sets, which is proving a real hassle.
As the sets are not included in the inventory, you have to join campaign, find the merchant and location, and if the location is taken by another faction, you need to take it (hard when you are alone on a test character). Once you take the village so you can use the merchant, you have to buy tons of the boxes because of RNG. You open each box hoping for the item you need to test. Out of 60 boxes I didn't find the item, so had to buy another 30. This is all quite tiresome just to check something.
We have imperial city tel var sets included in inventory for testing. Could we add the Cyrodiil sets there too just for ease of use? Would be a good addition to the PTS
