• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 10.0.1 is available.

Vampire Maxing item missing from PTS Templates

As the title says the item that maxes vampyrism seems to be missing from the template characters unless I'm just missing it. I tried to make a template character a vampire for the extra regen but started at level one vamp. These templates seem to be the same ones from the Wolfhunter PTS which were also missing the ability to max vamp. If we could get vamp maxed by default or have the item added back it would be appreciated.
