Vampire lord form hopefulness

Been wanting to know if gargoyle form will be a possible bloodline when western Skyrim is revealed. Was unfortunate to realize vampire was magicka based since launch. Vampires and Werewolf both being primals it seems obvious. People of course can be stamina based with vampire ultimate but personally it is underwhelming in my view. People always say hybrid builds are weak yet that is exactly vampire basically. Anyway I don't expect anything to change much and of course ZoS should never cater to just a few but really hoping for pure vampire builds like werewolf has. Some people would consider it lazy but Gargoyle skin with similar werewolf skills but different animated effects would be fine in my view. Again I don't expect much to change and understand I never helped develop this game so I truly have no say, however I hope something happens. I never will quit ESO and people probably disagree but ESO is the greatest MMO ever created. So much potential still in the game .
