Crown Daily Reward -OR- am I going insane playing ESO?

So, I can't make sense of this, and at times I swear this game has me questioning my sanity.

It's like that time a whole new bag of Doritos went missing and my son said he had absolutely "no idea where they went..what Doritos?" And I found the empty bag under his pillow 2 days later. I'm not that crazy...yet.

I have been logging in religiously for the daily rewards. I am on the same day as my husband on LIVE. Yet today, after the PTS updates, I logged in to get my reward and it says..."23HRS"?
So, I log into PTS and lo and behold, the SAME daily reward I am unable to get on LIVE, is available on the PTS. How is this even possible? If character copy was done yesterday?

I guess you could argue that playing ESO has been questioning my sanity all along.
Oh and on a side note, doesn't it just make you ESO subscribers super happy when you find out something you paid crowns for is now going to be FREE?

If you are receiving the message "You can only have one of a unique item" when attempting to claim your level 18 reward, check if you have the "Room to Spare" Housing Brochure in your inventory. Delete the brochure. This will bypass the message that you can only have one of a unique item and allow you to claim the reward from the Level Up Advisor.



I don't even have a character that level and it's not even the right reward.
Obviously, even ZOS can't keep track of their rewards.
