Murkmire:
Evocation: This ability now also increases your Magicka Recovery by 2/4% per piece of Light Armor worn, in addition to reducing the cost of Magicka abilities by 1/2% per piece of Light Armor worn.

With a 20% Magicka Recovery utilizing light armor, I am going to drop vampire so fast. And for those who dont, this really allows them sustain enough so they are not required to HA weave. Kudos.

Yeah. Reading helps a lot bro.

Besides, even if this was the case they stack. Why would you drop vampirism?

    I want to be beautiful.

Any of the trials skins removes the vampire appearance. :)

    Recovery
    Renamed this ability to Grace.
This ability’s old effects have been merged into the Evocation passive.

They merged the 1st 2 passives from Light Armor (on live) together into 1 passive and added another one: Grace, which reduces snare effectiveness and sprint cost

So yeah, Magicka sustain remains the same

Mag regen has always been part of the LA passives. They just merged it with the cost reduction passive under a single tree so they can make room for another passive (I forget what it does).

Blackmarrow Necromancer, and you don't even look like you had an unfortunate encounter with an ogre that had been eating tang raw by the bucket full.

Yeah, BMN looks snazzy. You've got lightly glowing tattoos on your face that I could take or leave, and you're marginally paler than you were as a mortal (or with any other skin that shows your original skin tone), but it is sharp looking.

A couple new stam discount sources. A new medium armor set from Rewards for the Worthy, and Stam DKs now have reduced stam costs for poisons. Not sure how I feel about that particular change, though.
