People say oh this isn't official they can change it that is complete bogus they not going to change anything it is set in stone at one point it was balanced between magicka and stamina in PvP, they both was similar now they completely turn the game to stamina. To whomever are always on mag sorc characters they ruined you guys the most. Since Zos wants to get rid of everything that has to do with dodging anything then get rid of Mirage next make some lame excuse for that the more these notes and future dlc's that come out it is just amazing where this is game is headed.
