Blackrose Restoration Staff

ZoS, you do realize that this Restoration Staff will become the strongest thing for PvP ever, right? This is Vanilla MagDK levels of powerful.
You removed the only hard counter to MagBlades... sure, nerfed their sustain by a ton, but with that Restoration Staff, and no hard counter to their Dark Cloak spam... Magblades are going to be the only thing seen in PvP.
Every class will have to run Blackrose Restoration staff. Hell, I'll put one on my stamblades if it's that strong in PvP.
Other changes compliment each other a bit, but really need to test the nerfs to Stamblades.
Mender’s Ward
2: Steadfast Ward applies Major Vitality to your target for 3 seconds, increasing the healing taken on your target by 30%.
Perfect Mender’s Ward
2: Magicka Recovery
2: Steadfast Ward applies Major Vitality to your target for 3 seconds, increasing the healing taken on your target by 30%.

NBs are losing Minor Vitality. And Major Vitality is something that is currently available through Soul Siphon (not the same level of spamming I know).
There is always this coupled with the new set that gives Minor Mending and Minor Vitality though!
