How to kill a class in one patch

Sorc since launch, I cant imagine playing one now.

Stam has absurd mobility and sustain, and reliable stunts.

A one second cast time effectively removes magicka sorcs from duels and anything pvp outside of zerg surfing. Combine that with shields taking crits (which I am ok with).

You wanted counterplay to shields....well I hate to break it to you and tick off the forumblades but you counterplay is simply being competent.

The cast time needs to be removed, and you need to find another way to keep them from stacking with annulement.
