Why aren't mounts permitted in manors?

As title, I own the Colossal Aldmeri Grotto and getting from one place to another takes a significant amount of time, and the same could probably be said for most of the other manors.

This is why Khajiit has supplied Spiny Tim with a bucket and shovel yes.

Additionally this has occasionally been an issue with another one of the apprentices but it never prevented him running about ...

If it is possible to set a permission for the switching on and off of lights perhaps it is possible to have such a permission for the use of mounts also?

I agree they should be enabled, at least for the larger homes. Yesterday I was going around different guild members homes to get ideas for my own decorating and when I warped into Grand Torpal Hideaway I took one look at it and decided I really could not be bothered running around all that.

Admittedly that's partially because it's very different from the homes I'm looking at so anything which looks good there is unlikely to inspire any ideas for my own homes, but the fact that I'd have to run (on a magicka character too) was also a factor.

Claws Temple Spa Resort has small carriages located at various locations for the ease of the guests.

Alas due to an issue with the supply of griffin feather wax for the wheels they are presently standing most still.

Khajiit has installed chairs and refreshments along the walking route as a temporary ease.
