(QoL suggestion) Optional to disable cp in overland

Only the effects given by points tho, perks like treasure hunter should remain active.

This is a simple suggestion, let players who want to make overland/quests a bit more challenging have the option to disable their cp in pve areas.

I don't see it can hurt anyone, but I see it's quite needed for ppl who can face roll overland/quest bosses

While this is an interesting idea and certainly should be an option it won't make overland content that much more difficult for experienced players. I've leveled at least 2 characters without allocating any CP until they get close to 160 and it didn't make it that much more difficult to be honest. This is a step in the right direction though.

That's how I play my alts. I've only given them treasure hunter. All the rest of CP can wait until they reach level 50.

Other-with a strong lean towards “no”. I’d be okay with it as long as people didn’t start making other requests such as better drops, higher exp, or anything like that because of it. I say I lean towards no because we all know that it would only be a day or two before the feature wasn’t good enough.

Just go to your CP, edit it. CLEAR your assigned points and save.. Costs 3k gold but you’re getting what you want.

You’ll have 0 CP added.

Why not just removing cp from game if we keep remowing it from pvp and pve??

Leave the cps but make overland content harder. Sclae them to a higer level and make normal/veteran/hardcore mode for quests hubs, delves, public dungeons and alike.

disabling CP won't make overland more challenging if you know basic mechanics. Burst damage skills with light attacks still OP against 32k trash mobs even at level 5 without CP and with random green none set gear.

We need normal/vet toggle affect everything, not just dungeons, trials and arenas. It must affect at least all delves and main story quests.

Great idea, and all those areas where you can't go 5 feet w/o tripping over a trash mob would become so massively irritating, I'd throw my game out the window.

How about a giant "no" to that? I personally like the CP system as is. I like that I can finally chill out and relax while questing. I've spent a long time and used a lot of XP boost scrolls to get to where I'm at so that I can relax a little. Please stop trying to ruin my game.

I like the idea of the option. Honestly, I think it's fantastic. It's a solution that allows both the "challenge" people and the not-challenge people to both have their cake and eat it too. And it doesn't impose a gold penalty on the "challenge" folks when they step out of higher-level content.
