Quest levels and spoilers?

So, I've been playing a character whose general purpose was to NOT be an adventurer, with the exception of the Main Quest (Mannimarco).

However, I've noticed at several points that I'm getting spoilers for quests I haven't done yet. For instance, the storyline ends with The Prophet suggesting I should go help the leaders of the factions in their assault on Coldharbour... except that I've had no dealings with any of them.

I also noticed that many area quests are available before prior quests are done. For instance, I was heading across Deshaan to meet Tharn at one point, and did not do anything about the Plague... yet I was offered quests that talked about the causes of the plague... even the FINAL step in that story... without ever having started it.

I don't know how much works would be involved in this, but I strongly suggest quests like this ONLY be offered AFTER the previous story quests are completed.

It's not a huge deal to me, having done it all before, but newer players experiencing the stories for the first time might have their play ruined by having a quest offered to them too early.

One Tamriel allows you do to the quests out of order.

It doesn't change the intended order of the quests. So when you finally go help out your alliance leader, you will travel back in time and help them out.

Akatosh help you if you do the AD questline out of order. Spoilers galore.

This isn't likely to change either. ZOS changed up a little bit of dialogue to let some NPCs recognize if they'd met you in Morrowind or Summerset, but not much else.
