Make pvp better

I have some proposition for ZOS in order to improve pvp and make it less trash fight
  1. remove all the buffs and debuffs related to pvp zones
  2. add a new statistic like the one wow used http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Resilience
  3. make shields and controls costs more instead of cc immunity
  4. make bare swap and block cancel any prior fired skill

    So rewrite the game in a way that will punish everybody including people who never PvP?

    1. Those buffs work to create a difference because abilities aren't balanced for PvE and PvP differently.
    2. Impenetrable armor trait.
    3. This will punish player in dungeons and trials to address something that isn't and issue in those environments.
    4. Animation canceling is part of the game. Has been officially embraced by Zenimax since 2015. Removing it or breaking it would change the way the whole game is balanced.

    1. Those buffs/debuffs can be removed if the resilience like stat is made
    2. Not the same as the formula isn't linear one
    3. Shields are op in pve, they should only serve as WTF skill to get out from a dirty situation
    4. Animation cancelling made many abuse than good thing in the game (macro users)

    I could also ask to make distinction between Physical and spell resistance as wearing heavy armor gives both.
    if propose this
    1. light armor: good spell resistance and bad physical resistance as magicka user should resist to magicka and elements
    2. medium armor: spell and physical resistance "in between" as wearer are close combat
    3. heavu armor: good physical and bad spell resitance (sometimes bad physical and good spell resitance depending on the build) as waerer are most of the time tanks.

    I want ZOS to make PVP better by fixing persistent performance issues that prevent people from PVPing.

    Seriously, you can change things up and rebalance all you want, but it means nothing if people can't play properly and face recurring and new bugs with every update.

    people will just build whatever they are missing, u won't solve anything.

    what is this forum and why i don't like it:
    - complainers that cry without reason and without solution
    - trolls that give cheap or useless answers
    - people giving advice with counters that are not viable
    - bloggers that talk about their day or what they use in game
    - roleplayers that talk about fashion
    - people with solutions or bug reports are ignored
    - people that write walls of text without reason
