nah ps4, only one list and technically a block list but thats thru psn
also gets kinda annoying not to be able to mute drunk ppl in voice chat, the only way to mute them is by block -

You can add notes (on PC anyway) for the friends list, helps in remember where you met someone and why they got added.
Perhaps a star rating, too?
100 really isn't enough, in many cases.
OP, the noob list wouldn't work, as it would hit cap in short order.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
