Is it just me or is FTP really sh***y today. every 20 to 40 sec it drops to 0. what's up with that?

Don't really notice a problem myself, on PC and my FPS can max out at 144. Dips from 100 to 60 are noticeable but are usually tied to something on screen like boss mechanics, mobs or being in a populated town.

I'd imagine console user would be able to say a lot more about the subject, but my performance has been the same if not better since Summerset.

When I use a wayshrine my FPS drops to nearly 0 - I am guessing it is something to do with the multi threading and threads needing to be re-routed. After a moment or two I am back up to normal.

Only noticed this behaviour after the introduction of multi threading.

I've been having issues for the past few days too, just seems to randomly happen. I took off all my add-ons, lowered graphics settings, hoovered out my PC all to no avail. Yesterday it seemed to be OK again, well it got back up to around 50 and the horrible micro-stuttering was gone, but on a couple of occasions (Friday was the worst I think) the game has been unplayable, I've never had that kind of issue before.

I made a thread in the Technical Support area about the FPS drops I have been getting after 30-60 minutes of play and how only a relog or re-zone (needs to be a different zone, not just a way shrine across the same zone) will fix it.

I go from 60FPS (capped) down to 20 or less. If I relog in the exact spot they are back to 60. Addon folder removed made no difference.

I might try to change the multithread settings to see if those are acting up again.

After using a wayshrine, my FPS will be low for a few seconds also, but always goes back to normal after a few seconds.

I assume it is just the loading of new assets that causes the dip.

I've been experiencing the same issue, except relogging doesn't solve it for me.

After I'm done with daily writs on all my chars, FPS fall below 10. If I quit and log back in and stay with my main, no issues until maybe after an hour or 2...
