Is it just me or is there people out there that still use incap strikes on a magblade,i just find the stun usefull from 70 ult to 120 all it takes is a light att and a potion, i literally find myself always having the stun when i need it, and if not then fear and cripple away.

in the past 5 years of being on this forum i think its time the people being allowed to ask for everything in eso to be changed and weakened and destroyed constantly and daily, to please End.

Unlike what SOME people think, it still is very much a useful ult. And the stun being available at 120 is not the worst nerf in the game to make it useless. Other classes suffered far more crippling nerf than this and still are surviving, even though they are basically crawling. And yes, when I play mNB, I find it very easy to get to 120. And I also find it very easy to get 120 on Stamblade also especially considering that to most LA builds, Incap means death guaranteed to follow.

Lethal arrow users are very squishy when they run out of magicka for invis, just keep dodge rolling and spamming heals, or even use expert hunter (you'd be limiting yourself to this type of players) to get an easier time finishing them off quickly
