Crown Store gifting fixed in 24 hours, Sprint Bug still killing me daily for 3 upates now...

Mainly in PvP but now it's got me killed in vMA too. Problem is most casual players won't even understand what happened.

Well as long as ppl can send each other fruity hats and pets... we good...

I understand ppl buying shinies keeps the doors open.... just the speed of the response in comparison is frustrating at best and infuriating at worst.

I usually don't do salty forum posts, but there are so many community documented (with video evidence submitted) problems, pointed out daily by some of the big streamers and IF we get a response it's "maybe next update".

How about them class reps, or quarterly updates???? In all seriousness bro, this game is supplied by new players. When a player finds out how the game actually works and how following the logic of the combat designer is damn near impossible.
(Inserts nerf for mag warden cc because we don’t won’t to associate high damage with cc, next patch adds damage to rune cage that can tool tip for 9k on a non damage set build of lich and shacklebreaker.) What plagues me is how often they will back track or pretend that hundreds of thousands of people won’t notice the stupid sh*t they do. Like sloads being in pts and the majority of all said to tone it down only for it to be released and stay the same for a while. All in the name of selling dlc

You go into sprint for no reason and while you are in sprint, you can't use skills or do anything. You have to run your stamina out to end the sprint. It most always happens to my templar right after using puncturing sweeps. The bug is random so it cannot be purposely reproduced. But, for me, if I keep using puncturing sweeps, it will randomly happen again. When you are in the middle of fighting, the bug can get you killed. It needs to be fixed and has needed fixing for a very long time (more than a year).

@Tasear It happens on my Magplar frequently while using puncturing sweeps and trying to weave LA attacks. The only reason I recover in time to heal is because my stam is low and im tanky enough. This bug hasnt killed me, but my health bar gets way WAY too close to zero and it's even more aggrivating knowing it has been a known bug. I can hit you up sometime in game and reproduce the bug for you if youre on at the same time as me.

I'm sure @FENGRUSH and @Alcast have a metric ton of footage of it. I don't clip. They both get it every stream.
Never mind that @GandTheImpaler is a class rep and he runs a stam sorc. He knows about it too. I seen him yell at it on his stream.

Basically you get stuck in sprint. It's like it doesn't register you letting go of the key.
So sprinting, abilities grayed. Rapidly mashing sprint may bring it back.

And sometimes it happens when you are not sprinting, just in combat Usually when combat is at this heaviest.

But in vMA or PvP, 2 seconds is too long to be unable to do anything but run and roll.

This is how it always goes. I mean it would make sense if it was like " something to do with the crown store is fixed twice as fast as other issues " but its more like "other issues stay broken for months and crown store issues fixed within hours"..

@Tasear From a while ago, during the double AP event I think. Notice how the stamina bar doesnt go up at all, abilities dont fire, cant roll dodge, cant really do anything but try to run lol.

@Tasear At least Once a day someone in my regular Cyro group gets the sprint bug repeatedly. We know what it is as soon as someone says 'what the? my skills are greyed out.' Mashing sprint button sometimes clears it. Dying clears it. Running out of stamina completely clears it. Until it reappears.

Many templars stopped using sweeps when it seemed confined to them. Then it appeared on other classes in big fights. Nowadays someone in the group gets it taking resources every couple of hours or so even when only fighting NPCs. It then plagues that character for the rest of their session at random intervals. I got it in a normal dungeon last week and button mashing my sprint key eventually cleared it.

You don't have to have been sprinting recently to get it, it seems. It is very hard to reproduce because it's random/intermittent. It is not related to server distance, ping, frame rate as far as I can tell.

It looks exactly like you are sprinting ...skills greyed out and you are locked in sprint run until stamina runs out.

In Cyrodil, some vet dungeons and in maelstrom it kills you.

It's been bug reported a lot. My groups no longer bother. Clearly crown store bugs are a big deal but actually being able to play the game we pay for is low on the priority list.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZosRob_Garrett could we PLEASE have a list of known issues stickied somewhere.

Players have given up giving feedback on stuff like this. At least if there were a list of known issues we'd know that you knew and the salt about crown store insta fixes versus game breaking bugs never being fixed would abate somewhat. Surely the PR from that alone is worth the effort?

I've got this bug on my stam NB in my recent run to vHRC, while fighting the 1st boss
Dunno, what happened, but somehow I've fixed it with block. And my Stamina pool wasn't dried

Amazing isnt it, problems with the in-game store or anything like it is instantly worked on and fixed ASAP. Infinine Load Screens, sprint bug, PvP lag, optimiation, countless other bugs everywhere, some of which have been in-game , weeks... months... YEARS!

I’ve tried about everything I can do try and get this fixed. Until streamers mentioned it I never got a response.

This bug happened to me many times, and I always manage to fix it by mashing the sprint button again.
I’m aware most tried it already, but try pressing it while moving/standing still. It worked for me so far every time I had the bug.

Make PvP subscription only, and I don't mean ESO+; Separate.

Results:

1. Developers make more money, which means more funds to fix the issues that may arise.
2. Smaller server population since most 12 year olds can't pay, which means less lag. (Game is rated M for Mature after all)
3. More funds = more content changes in less time = smaller window for meta settlement due to faster changing environment.

Before you pin me to a stake and burn me, this is my opinion, so please respect my right to voice it, even if you think it to be feces.

I will gladly pay an extra $15 a month to have a playable experience in PvP.
