    "Make sure you have a valid internet connection, if you please."


    Or perhaps you meant something more like Tech Support 101: "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

    LOL. I made this reply a few weeks ago. I said funny I can comment on the ESO forums but can't play the game because of a valid internet connection. I guess the ESO forums are valid but not the game?

    When I first started my job, my co-workers hid my desktop icons and changed my background image to something like:

    This error always cracks me up because I have two computer screens side by side and while my hubby plays his tank & fps games seamlessly on his I'm supposed to stop and check my internet connection.

    hahaha I did this to this crazy old programmer we had at our bank years ago, took a screenshot of his work screen and set it as the wallpaper and hid the start bar. Poor Barry.. I'm not sure how many times he restarted his computer, eventually we felt bad and just told him what was going on. Another good one is putting a piece of tape over the lens under the mouse, or clear tape on the phone receiver.. one day I was sitting at my desk just cracking up hysterically as my boss was screaming into her phone on every call before she finally figured out why nobody could hear her.
