Ouroboros crates for console (xbox)
The 5 crates (and pet) for the bethesda gameplay day and the quakecon event were supposed to be delivered to players who met the requirements on 12 september following maintenance, however, players have gotten inconsistent amounts (some or all) of the crates after the 10 sept maintenance. The issue here is it is inconsistent - some players have gotten all 10 crates in one go, some have gotten only 5 - and it isn't that they have just not met the requirements, I logged on at the same time as a friend and killed at least one monster - they got 10 while I got 5. Support have advised that the remaining 5 from quakecon will come through on the 12th, but there is no maintenance listed and it seems weird with some players having already received the full 10 crates.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Is this a mistake? Will the rest of the crates come through on the 12th? What about those who already got 10 - will they get 5 more as well?
