All the clips have been recorded within a few hours of gameplay, so everything is as common as it always was...
Doesnt anything get fixed in this game anymore?

Yes a point blank Assassins scourage not hitting within 1 second or Fear just not stunning isnt a lag/bug at all, they have been implemented there by ZoS to make ESO PvP even laggier and clunkier than it already is

Clearly they did not send enough zerglings to chase after you since they were unsuccessful.1
