-Resolved- Redeem Code not working... No verification email telling me ZOS got my ticket.

Problems everywhere, bought something got the code but redeem code is not working. Hit up support but not even sure if they got it for usually it tells me they received my ticket... been three hours now no confirmation of any kind.
