With changes to mundus stones, 2h gives 2 pieces bonuses, infused jewelry (with wep dmg) and balorgh - ye, possible.
Probably even more better than before.

UPD: and channeled acceleration as well

I doubt there is any recent video for this build.
Gameplay is the same I guess - sneak -> fully buff -> cloak -> ult. Pretty much it.

Short answer is: No. They changed a lot of the things that made it possible (sneak damage, empower, and onslaught) so it would no longer happen.

The huge damage one shots were primarily caused by empower + sneak damage multiplier.

It is likely possible to put together similar damage, but it will require intensive buffs and a very particular setup and likely be very limited in it's usage.

Starting a 'gank' with placing a shadow image... lol

I can highly recommend oneslaugt in more balanced build's, cause IMO oneslaugt is bad (or just too good to just gank) for ganks especially in Blobs way. For example combined with mechanical acuity in No-CP. Throw some DoTs on the target, MA procs and they'll easily drop to ⅔ to ½ of HP and than they're already in oneslaught range. On magicka build's restro ult is must have on backbar.
