[Resolved][Xbox] Crown crates and pet from Quakecon not received...

Someone have some news of the crown crates and the pet that we were supposed to receive August 28 .... I did what was asked but I still received nothing ...

If you are on console, don’t worry, you can acquire the pet AND Crown Crates by simply logging into the game and killing one enemy monster in the hour after the Keynote stream (between 1:00PM EDT and 2:00PM EDT). Console rewards will be delivered on August 28.

The customers service told me that they will give crown crates and pet to console players September 12th.

I can close this thread.
