Dungeon Sets

Is there any other way to get sets that drop in dungeons than farming the dungeons? I am looking for a certain set and farmed 12 hours straight with no luck. It was a dungeon that is also a today's pledge, and I am a tank, so I had no problems finding a pug, it was literally a 12 hours non stop grind with no luck finding sword and shield at all. I know there is the golden vendor, but I am looking for a sword and board, not jewelry. Found web pages listing the set I want as available with Cyrodiil town vendors, but looks like the page is outdated as the set I want isn't available from the vendors. Help please.

Normally there is no way other than farming said instances.

On top of that you need the correct trait to drop unless youre swimming in transmute.

Trait is no problem, I actually have to destroy transmute geode to free space, so yes, swimming in transmute.

Wayrest sewers 1 & 2 are the only places you can get it. Specifically the final boss for sword and shield.
