XBOX NA Kena Head Page Drop Question

I was able to get Kena page on the other day, but yesterday after running 8 times with my group none of use got it, and another group running didn't get it either. I am pretty sure RNGesus was just not on our side so just want to confirm someone on Xbox NA got a head page yesterday and there is no underlying issues.
Mr. was my Father's name, just the tips is fine.
