Completing trials and not receiving achievements

On a new tank, I have completed veteran Dragon Star Arena 3 times and still have yet to be awarded the title or conqueror achievement. I also did not receive a title or achievement for completing veteran Hel ra Citadel. Completing dungeon hm/achievements does not seem to be a problem.
