Game freezing similar to the way it was with Summerset patch

At times when playing the game will have those freezing moments where the game rips and you see like 5 frames in about 5 seconds and then it goes back to normal. It's not happening as often as it did post Summerset, but has happened a couple of times. Xbox NA
