Infused trait oblivion damage glyph does not change damage

Hi, I just tested this on a target dummy as well as in pvp and according to my combat logs, my infused trait oblivion damage bow only does 1647 damage when the enchant procs, not 2000 like the tooltip says it does. However the infused bow does correctly proc oblivion damage 50% more often than a non-infused bow, it's just the 30% extra damage that is not applied.
