Is it intended that the Wolfhunter change to this ability "Standing within the area of effect now increases the Major Ward and Major Resolve effects by 50%." only applies on the bar which has Rune Focus slotted? Currently, on Xbox this is the case.

Why would the change not apply also after the player switches to the other ability bar? If it only applies while the player is using the bar on which Rune Focu is "slotted", then swapping to the other bar should not restore the original bonuses of the ability. By the way, on which megaserver are you playing TESO with XBox One? ZOS needs to know that in order to investigate your report. (Please read Guidelines For Bug Report Forum.)

Make sure you do not have defending or something else active on one bar that would cause your resistance to change when you bar swap.0 -

Son of Bee...I just might have had defending on the back. I'll have to check again. Since there's not a lot of similar reports, it might just be user error here.0
