Question about Werewolf Mechanics

So I've been playing ESO since for a little bit before One Tamriel and I've never been a Werewolf. So how do gear set bonuses work? Can you still proc 5 piece effects such as Ravaging? Can you proc monster sets such as Selene?

Skelfish✭✭✭They work exactly like in human form. As long as you don't have any sets that proc from having specific weapons equipped, or other things that are not in the werewolf toolkit then you can wear whatever. Werewolf success is very set dependent because of the limited skills.
