Like my highest weapon dmg thread this just for fun, I just need to be able to generate as much ultimate as fast and quickly as I can. It doesn't have to be effective.

ive seen people able to get their ulti in every 10-15 seconds sometimes depends how their playing.0 -

Fastest you can get ultimate on your own:
6.16/s as warden.
That could also be a burst of 11 in one second though, if you're a warden.
Sorcs get a 15% ulti cost reduction though, so they actually have one of the highest per second but the lowest burst.0 -

TheCaptainJosh✭✭✭Wardens have major heroism (12 ultimate), access to minor heroism with SnB (6 ultimate), and Savage Beast, a passive, that also grants them ultimate when casting an ability (4).
Werewolf hide (5) and blood spawn (14) give ultimate when hit, and bursting vines also gives you ultimate (10) when casting on an ally under 60% hp.
Pair all of this with Akaviri Dragonguard, a set that gives you 15% reduced ultimate cost, and you can spam healing thicket. Add emperor passives and I think you have reached cheat engine levels of ultigen.AugustusGray

✭✭✭✭If your goal is to get batswarms off as quick as possible, I'd try Tavas/WW Hide+Dragonguard+Bloodspawn on a warden. Just keep shimmering shield up, spam invigorating drain, and drop ubercheap bats all the time.
Alteration mastery also lowers ult cost, and can be nice.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub0 -

The timer stays even if you unequip it. Same with Phoenix.
You can set up a toon to cycle through those two sets (with a third set when they're both on cooldown) relatively easily, but it's really not worth it.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub1 -

What if I do this and use the sword on the front bar, there's also the nightblade passive which gives you 20 ultimate every time you drink a potion, there's also another nightblade passive that generates ultimate every time a siphoning skill is used.0 -

So dawnbreaker would cost 500
