Upon activation all crit damage is reflected back seven fold for 4 seconds.
5 piece bonus - The wanderers blessing is bestowed upon you and your movement speed is increased by 15% (including mounted speed), you have an 8% chance to reflect all crit damage x7 for 4 seconds, this can only occur once every 15 seconds

This would outright nuke every range player in game. If they crit you for 1k it would hit for 7k. So assume the average hit is 6k it would hit their face for 42k2 -

It would then be an anti snipe/wrath set.. less fun and the visual cue could get lost.

I realizer this is just for entertainment but just in case. I do not think we have an ultimate that is specific to PvP (or PvE) and I think that is intended.
And we already have the means to mitigate crit damage that works well.

Yes, what he said. ESO is set in the second era. Talos wasn't a thing until the third. That's why the nords in ESO are perfectly fine talking about the eight divines.
Also those 700% are just ridiculous. That ultimate would be used as a last resort. Imagine you are about to lose a fight. Then you activate your ultimate and suddenly everyone is too afraid to execute you because that could oneshot them even through shields and mitigation. While you get four seconds to recover magicka and cloak away - or in the case of a sniper, get enough time to keep attacking your enemies. There is just no counter.
If you didn't say all crit damage and instead said critical projectile attacks then maybe that ult wouldn't be too bad if we tuned the 700% way down, but it would also not protect you as well as the shield ultimate nor earn you as many kills as dawnbreaker, balista or eye of the storm would. How much ultimate did you think this would cost? 75?
If this was a set, then what 8% are you even talking about? 8% chance each second? 8% upon an attack being cast on you (terrible idea as it would allow for addons to tell you when to dodge)? Aside from the fact that as a set this is not engaging design at all and just makes relic/scroll runners needlessly unkillable, the movementspeed is just overkill - especially with the proc effect.This Bosmer was tortured to death. In all honesty, the reason why templars have a useless sun shield is because ppl never learned to not attack glowing-globe templars. They didn't even manage to take a step to the side or back (with a 6 s glowing-globe warning right in their face) to avoid a burst damage the attacker build up him-/herself.
... no, this isn't going to work at all, ppl are just not up to the task of stopping to dish out damage unless its clearly indicated on their char (thinking about eclipse visual effect... which took ages to get known among the playerbase).0
