Running/Sprinting slowed down?

Is it me or does it feel like the game keeps getting slower and slower? I get snared, cleanse/shuffle and there's not much of a difference. This is the second time I've felt right after a patch my normal run speed/spint was slowed down.. No I don't have walk on lol.
For a bit I thought it was just me but after talking to friends, they all feel the same. What's going on?

beebay✭✭✭There is a movement bug for sure. Sometimes my character, any of them really, are faster than other times despite them all being maxed in mount speed. Happens on foot as well. I also have experienced rapid maneuver like speeds without it being cast in pvp zones. Not that I’m complaining about the last one...0
