ESO Account repeated charges me for sub and refuse to remove my sub recurring. Who should I contact?

So I decided to quit sub sometime ago, so I canceled my membership, so I should be not having anymore sub after my current sub period is up.

But nope, when the time is up, it still charged me 77ish dollars for 6 month sub, even I canceled it before.

And then I thought I made a mistake, so I went back to account and try to figure it out ( I didn't mind that extra 6 month sub as I am still playing).
It asked me to set up recurring payment, so I thought it's just a bug or something, so I entered my payment method again, then canceled it right after.

And it still appears my recurring payment is active. What's worse, they already charged me for the next 6 months even tho I still have 100+ days from my current sub.

Who should I contact to cancel the payment and stop this forced recurring payment?

    Your bank, fraudulent charges.

Of course that'll get you banned in-game, so maybe try Zeni support first.

Okay so I emailed them, then got a auto reply

"Thank you for contacting the Bethesda Team. If you are contacting us in regards to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, please go to https://help.elderscrollsonline.com and login with your game login details to open a help ticket. This will assist our Support Team in addressing your issue more efficiently"

    And they closed the Question.
So I went to support and submit a ticket, they asked me to sign in even tho I am already loggin in.
And guess what, the "log in" bottom in support doesn't work after I entered my account name and password.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom sorry to bother you ( I know you are probably not in charge of this), but can I get a respond from ZOS?

The "cancel membership" in Accounts doesn't work as they claim

"This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership, or a Steam ESO Plus™ membership was detected thereby cancelling a duplicate membership on your account. You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership. "

As it didn't stop the recurring payment, and it also charged me when it's not supposed to.

In the later posts I have screenshots of important proofs

Try a different browser to log into support, and make sure no extensions to remove ads are on at the time, that may help you log in.

Or honestly, just try sending a ticket from in game :)

That has to be a lie, it never charges you for extra months up front? Till your sub is up

Reply to the first email saying that this did not fix the issue with your sub and request, politely, that they look into the issue, and always reply to the emails, do not start another ticket or create a new email

The first email was an auto reply and it also closes the question straight up, so I'm guessing I have to send a ticket

That’s pretty clear. Post a screenie of your account showing a cancelled status, and your ticket number. Then tag and pm one of the community managers, like @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

I had this happen with a firefox issue. You'll automatically get a refund after a few days. I had 6 eso sub charges happen, and it got fixed.

proof of wrongly charge when my previous sub is not finished

Proof of payment still recurring even tho I canceled membership

(You only get the option "cancel membership" when you have a recurring payment method, in this picture you can see it's recurring but I supposely do not have a payment method (which means ZOS kept my old payment method and charging it)

Proof of "canceling my membership" botton should have cancelled my recurring payment, but it did not as in the second picture shows.

Waiting for the respond from email, but also if you can help that would be great :)

I probably want to re-sub when I'm more active, but for now I want to fix this payment issue

hmmmmmm that is very interesting.... so firefox is at fault on charging again?

Thanks for sharing this info, tho "cancel membership" doesn't cancel recurring payment is still an issue tho
