[PC NA] Thrall Cove world boss not spawning

Hi. The world boss located at Thrall Cove in Hew's Bane, Captain Virindi, cannot spawn due to the Keel Cutter adds that trigger his fight despawning after a few seconds, whether you engage them or not.

I had never been there before so I can't tell for how long it has been going but I have been trying to do this world boss for 1 week now and always witnessed the same thing.

There are 2 achievements associated to this world boss that are unobtainable as a result.

    Just a correction, that's actually a total of 3 achievements that cannot be obtained due to this glitch:

    Cutting the Keel [10]
    Kill Captain Virindi Slave-Taker at Thrall Cove

    Defender of Hew's Bane [15]
    Defeat both Hew's Bane world bosses
    - Kill Syvarra
    - Kill Captain Virindi (cannot be done)

    Hero of Hew's Bane [50]
    Complete quests, defeat bosses and explore delves...
    - Hew's Bane Adventurer
    - Defender of Hew's Bane (cannot be done)
    - Prison Break
    - Hew's Bane Cave Delver

    I hope they fix it soon,it is the only thing I need to do for Hero of Hew's Bane.I have waited for a long time to find people to kill this boss and then the adds kept despawning before we kill them,it is so annoying.

    the bug still happen. I have tested it multiple times today.

    Edit : Sorry I'm on EU not NA. But the bug is the same.

    I'm sat at Thrall Cove right now, 55 minutes and not a single spawn of the boss. EU/PC server.
