Incomplete Furnishing: Ceremonial Redguard Vessel

Hi there, there seems to be something missing from this achievement furnishing Ceremonial Redguard Vessel.
When aligning it with surfaces it floats very high off the air which makes me think it is missing a pedestal:
In the next example when the item is rotated you can see a "hole" in the bottom of a missing graphical texture:
