QuestLine: The Venom of Akhnara

Heya guys, just did this quest line in Stonefalls, when you get to the point where you need to kill Akhnara, the quest pointers shows that you need to go outside of Fort Arand, which is abit misleading since you have to go down into a dungeon inside fort Arand in order to get upstairs where Akhnara is located.
