Edit: This appears to be add-on conflict. It goes away without add-ons. Can research which one right now.


Title. Anyone else? Obviously a bug.

    Yeh I'm aware of that, title says "Wayshrines Cost Gold After Today's Patch" so I'm assuming that shrine to shrine now also costs gold?

    Shrine to Shrine teleportation is free for me, even after the patch. (On PC EU.)

    Teleporting to a shrine by opening your map costs gold, even if you're standing at a wayshrine when you do it, but that's always been the case.

    This is an add-on conflict. Can't research which one right now. But it goes away without add-ons enabled.
