Opinions on difficulty tiers (NOT just group dungeons)?

Hello all, I've played for about 3 months and I am at cp 300 now. As I progress in game I plan to do more and more difficult stuffs, but I need some advice on difficulty tiers so that I can try harder things one step a time. I still remember the first time I played a DLC dungeon when I am level 40 and keep dying and slowing down the whole group. I really don't want to relive that experience.

To be more specific, I need your opinions on ranking the following contents by difficulty, from easy to hard:
  • vanilla normal & vet group dungeons
  • DLC normal & vet group dungeons
  • normal & vet trials
  • soloing vanilla normal group dungeons
  • soloing DLC normal group dungeons (if possible)
  • soloing World Bosses
  • nMSA & vMSA

The reason I include soloing normal dungeons is because I am kind of a story lover and I want to listen to npc dialogues and read contents in a group dungeon. However this is impossible when playing with a PUG because many people will just rush ahead no matter what and finish half the dungeon before I ever finish talking to an npc. Soloing allows me to take my pace however I like. I don't need soloing vet dungeons because I only want the story, not the challenge.

For now I have some skill points invested in some dps skills beside my original tanking skills. I can solo some easier group dungeons and World Bosses. I've tanked through all vanilla group dungeons with PUG and even finished hard mode in some. But I dare not try DLC dungeons at all. Also I haven't tried any trials or vMSA (I have finished nMSA but people say that's way too easier than vMSA) so I have no clue about them at all.
