charcter locked

i have been trying to get help for the past few days to no avail, i keep getting computer made respose to things i already anwsered like weather or not my pc is up to date or not which it is. idk what to do i keep haveing error 326 where my charcter is locked. this is not an issue with my pc nor anything on my end i have done anything. i wasnt cheating i was doing anything agenst the rules i was questing and harvesting stuff. i really just want my charcter back and some to to help me and get this fixed asap its been like 4-5 days. please help soon as you can. thank you
