Let us assume half were ESO+ viewers = $40.000 Us Dollars and They could only afford One Mount give away? Come on!

I stopped bothering with eso+ a long time ago.

I remember people complaining recently about the pvp one where they literally ignored all the issues players were saying and instead were joking around for an hour.

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

Are twitch drops a separate financial cost than a give away correct? So 1 mount for 1 person out of 5000+ has the little birdie singing "cheap cheap cheap" I love ESO but come on, as ESO+ Sub even I am offended by that.

They just gave away a pet to everyone that watched the reveal announcement. I don't believe they have ever given away a mount or pet to every viewer of an ESO live program. They did often do a random drawing give away though.

As to them developing content they could not complete, it was vet hard mode. Isn't that supposed to be very difficult to offer top skilled players a challenge?

What? Those eso plus members didn't pay for the stream xD. They pay for plus benefits, which in turn allows zeni to further develop the game and uprage their servers (lmao :D:D:D ).

But we didn't pay 40k for this stream, in fact they're not obliged to stream at all. That giveaway was just a bonus.

There seems to be some confusion here between ESO Live and ESO Plus. I don't see any connection myself.

As I said in the ESO Live chat, being the devs, it should have been a no death speed run on vet hard mode.

They couldn't finish vSP HM when it lauched, and in next patch after the stream HM was nerfed.

So I knew that they will not finish vMoS HM also. Be ready for HM nerf next week! ;)

I think all OP is complaining about is that ZOS is making so much money with ESO+, they can afford to give away more than just one mount of your choosing.

So no, this has nothing to do with ESO+ nor with the Devs not listening to their community or sucking at high level pve or pvp.

That Hardmode is a [removed profanity] mess. It's like they had 20 different ideas and said, "[removed profanity]it, we'll do them all!" Not to mention the "take all bleed damage at once" bug, which just adds a whole new layer of [removed profanity] to it.

The giveaway was a nice little bonus. It was on top of the crates that all players get. But, you are right. The odds of actually winning that are about 1 in 5000. They could just not do any giveaway at all and your odds drop to zero. It's more like a lottery than a giveaway so look at it that way. You are highly unlikely to win, but somebody wins so be happy for them.

We don't even know what the number was. Where does the 5000 figure come from, those logged into Twitch? Plenty watch ESO Live without being logged in, personally I always disable the chat window to prevent manic scrolling nonsense from detracting from the broadcast. I imagine only a small minority of ESO players even have a Twitch account.

Its amusing to me that they give away rewards to anyone who has signed up with Twitch, links their ESO and twitch accounts and then watches the stream. However, they will not give the same rewards to ESO+ members who pay a monthly fee.

With all the pressure to pad Twitches ratings who is really in charge?

    ZOS or Twitch?

Perhaps I have been paying monthly fees to the wrong company.

Twitch promotions are in no way affiliated with the ESO+ service contract. To remain compliant with federal regulations promotions with a chance to win will not require a purchase - particularly on the condition that those purchases increase the odds of winning.

Any prestige you could possibly milk from ESO+ starts when you log into the game and ends when you log out.

That doesn't cover the "give away" rewards. I am not talking the "Chance" rewards but the ones they gave away for "linking your accounts and viewing" the QuakeCon live stream.
