Its amusing to me that they give away rewards to anyone who has signed up with Twitch, links their ESO and twitch accounts and then watches the stream. However, they will not give the same rewards to ESO+ members who pay a monthly fee.

Twitch promotions are in no way affiliated with the ESO+ service contract. To remain compliant with federal regulations promotions with a chance to win will not require a purchase - particularly on the condition that those purchases increase the odds of winning.
Any prestige you could possibly milk from ESO+ starts when you log into the game and ends when you log out.
