Access Code e-mail is NOT being sent
Every now and then I will get an access code pop up. Okay. That is understandable. Two-factor authentication is a good security measure. I'll just check my e-mail and usually it's sent instantly.
Today it isn't being sent at all. Twenty minutes later and nothing.
I went to submit a support ticket... once again I needed to put in an access code. Once again, no e-mail.
I checked the spam folders. I refreshed Thunderbird repeatedly. I logged on to my e-mail on the browser. I sent myself an e-mail from a different e-mail address of mine to see if the e-mail server on Comcast's end is even working. That got through instantly.
Something is broke on your end and it is very frustrating.
