Access Code e-mail is NOT being sent

Every now and then I will get an access code pop up. Okay. That is understandable. Two-factor authentication is a good security measure. I'll just check my e-mail and usually it's sent instantly.

Today it isn't being sent at all. Twenty minutes later and nothing.
I went to submit a support ticket... once again I needed to put in an access code. Once again, no e-mail.

I checked the spam folders. I refreshed Thunderbird repeatedly. I logged on to my e-mail on the browser. I sent myself an e-mail from a different e-mail address of mine to see if the e-mail server on Comcast's end is even working. That got through instantly.

Something is broke on your end and it is very frustrating.

    It finally arrived, oddly enough it says it was sent at 12:01 PM

    So I tried to log in, got the pop up, and the access code worked.

    Maybe it got lost on the way? lol

    URGENT PLEASE HELP, BEEN STUCK FOR SEVERAL DAYS ALREADY
    That is my ticket number of not one, but many tickets I have submitted and yet still received no response. I was submitting a ticket on my other account that I use when I am at my office, (I have an at home eso account and one at my office). The email, password, and everything on this specific account are fine. However, on the account I am trying to access, "LegendofPapas", I do not have the ability to review all the tickets I submitted on behalf of changing my currently registered email because I no longer have access or remember the associated password with the email. Therefore, it is impossible for me to log in and check any process on my tickets, therefore, I filed a ticket on behalf of my office account "LegendofPapas" through this account. I have been trying to change the registered email to the one I requested in the ticket as that was the email I had associated on my old Xbox Elder Scrolls Online account which is no longer of use/nor available to me ever again. Also, I was able to log onto the ESO game itself on LegendofPapas everyday, the only issue was that I couldn't access my account online, and I was trying to upgrade to ESO plus, and it would prompt me with an access code that I could never receive nor look at due to me no longer having access to the email its associated with. However, now I have no access to the game either and when I try logging into play it says "Username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time", even though this is impossible because I did not change my password and when I try logging into LegendofPapas through the elderscrollsonline.com, it says the password I am using for legendofpapas is correct, and that it is sending an access code to my registered email, which yet again I cannot access and thats the whole point of me originally creating the ticket. So did my account get frozen for submitting so many tickets or what is the issue?

    Please help, legendofpapas is my highest level account (635 champion) and I am desperately trying to get him back and play already!

    This account I am using on the forums is my at home account ("Diegoe0626") and it has NO CURRENT ISSUES, therefore please focus on the ticket I submitted and helping me get my office account ("LegendofPapas")up and running again please!
