I haven't played in forever, why do i have access to Vvardenfell (Morrowind) ?
i found an announcement on a free play event but that was supposed to end at 10 am, its now 8pm

✭✭✭The Morrowind expansion map has been rolled into the base game now.
For new accounts yes. The rest of us have it available to buy as a DLC.
It is possible that ZOS intends to make it part of base game for everyone, and that's what they are doing here. But I doubt it. as It's still available in the crown store as a DLC and shown as not owned in the crown store.
