Mount and laugh

Hello all

Nothing important here but something that make me curious... since last patch when I mount I sometimes hear a woman laughing. I don’t really understand the meaning of that, so you have idea?
It sounds like a god or deadra princess laughing at me very strange lol!

I have been hearing something like that as well. Not just mounting. I thought I was just imagining things. Maybe I wasn't know.

Could be a quest or something you haven't completed yet is my guess. Like the "evil" spirit telling you not to do it so the quest doesn't complete and the spirit is vanquished after completing the quest. Most likely I am wrong, but it's all I can think of now that I am not the only one hearing this.

Is your character female and do you have the the “heroic” personality equipped?
Maybe it but I don’t know. I play with the sound low a lot so I hear all kinds of things.

There's a bug with people getting evil laughs while mounted. The theory is that its a glitch from the datamined headless horsemen mounts in the next crown crate season.

Yes I have been hearing a wierd laugh when I mount.

I don't mount much so haven't heard it (I get constant logouts if I mount/dismount/harvest/mount). However, now I hear someone playing and singing Red Diamond EVERYWHERE - overland, cities, delves....

You're so lucky, I wish I got that bug!

Please put this "bug" as a feature in Crown Store zos. A bard who follows me, and sings that all day, every day. Non combat pet!

I thought it was the fact I was riding the camel of ill omen

Well, it's a tad annoying since I really want to hear the game music instead. Once it starts I have to zone to get the game music back. And then it's only good for a bit.... seems like it's a thing with being near some chick playing a lute. Very odd.
