Radiant Apex = Only available threw crates
Apex = Crates and buyable through crowns
I've gotten both, but never the Radiant I want.
I do think the Radiant ones should be available via gems. Even if it was like 5000 gems people would eventually save up and buy them. It would probably get more people to buy crowns and crates since they know they can get there eventually. -

From the crown crates that were free, nope, didn't get anything but stones and potions and a couple of things I already had.I have a Bosmer, three cats, 2 Imps, an orc, a very short high elf and my favorite vamp. I own just about every pet and mount in the game. I can officially say "I'm in deep!"
