Werewolf speed bugged?

So, after the werewolf speed buff was moved from the basic transformation to the Pursuit passive, I no longer see the Major Expedition buff added from the Dreugh King Slayer set after killing an enemy. Is the werewolf speed now coded as Minor/Major Expedition? I'm nowhere near the speed cap (no medium armor, no Swift trait, no racial bonus, no speed pots used), but I'm not seeing a speed boost from the set bonus any more. Is this intended?

Your problem must be with Dreugh King Slayer because i just poped a major expedition potion in werewolf form, and not only does the buff registers in my tracker but move speed is visibly increased.

Yeah, before the patch, I was running like a scalded wolf when the set procced, now, not so much. But.... the set still works when not in wolf form, so I believe the issue is not with the armor itself.

I may have figured it out. Hircine's Rage used to have a 10% boost to weapon damage, but now it's been modified to Major Brutality (20%), which is also a benefit of the Dreugh King Slayer set. So, instead of having a cumulative damage boost of 30% like before, now the werewolf version of Major Brutality is suppressing the set bonus, and possibly suppressing the other set bonus (Major Expedition) at the same time?

Makes me wonder if the Major Brutality added to Hircine's Rage is going to block other multi-buff effects containing MB, such as Rally and Sap Essence.

Well, I respecced the morph to Hircine's Fortitude, and guess what? I got my Major Expedition back after kills. So I'm guessing the bug lies within the coding for Hircine's Rage.

Another (hopefully just a) bug I noticed: After respeccing Hircine's, I went to a public dungeon to level it up. Well, after a whole hour of wolfing, the skill level bar is still at zero. Hopefully just a graphic bug, and not an hour wasted with no skill leveling.

Interesting bug.....

The second part is an UI error. Reload your UI and it should be fixed.
