[bug - post v4.1.5 - Wolfhunter & Update 19] quickslot items gone

After today's update[v4.1.5 - Wolfhunter & Update 19] when logging into any character the item at the 3 o'clock position of the quickslots item wheel has been removed and all of the associated items deleted from inventory. This bug seems replicated across all characters.
