Ward of Cyrodiil patch notes says different

Only same thing that changed with the Ward of Cyrodiil set was the 5pc effect but rest didn't.

Ward of Cyrodiil: Redesigned this item set.

OLD:
2: Stamina Recovery
3: Mounted Speed
4: Max Health
5: Increase the amount of damage you block by 8%.
NEW:
2: Weapon Damage
3: Stamina Recovery
4: Stamina Recovery
5: When you deal melee damage, you apply Major Defile to the enemy for 3 seconds, reducing their healing received and Health Recovery by 30%. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

But it is , stamina recovery and max health x2 ?

yep the implementation went wrong somehow, they will fix that in an incremental patch soon.

I really do hope that they will either update the patch notes or set in game, either way it is fine but confusions like these are kind of a downer :c

SO mount speed is still there or not?

Be great if we could get the Dev reason why they removing mount speed (new BG map? Keep transit stones?)

The reason is the patch notes was simply to "increase the viability of a number of the less popular item sets". Too little people were using the set. The changes should make it a lot more popular (in terms of numbers).

the new ward of cyrodiil is definitely a viable set(provided they fix the bug) with no wasted bonuses and a very useful 5th piece bonus for stamDks that don't want to run SnB on their dot builds.

It is not there and pretty sure what OP said is first 4 set bonuses of Cyrodiil's Crest bonus copied and pasted in the wrong set. Because those are the exact same bonuses. They again fked up... even on what should be the easiest change.
