So if they allowed us to stack 2 of the same set would you and which would you go for? Would any be game breaking as well?
Flat stats would be a simple x 2
X Damage over Y time would double X not Y
Proc sets could either x 2 the damage or proc independently of each other.
Major and Minor buffs debuffs don't stack. Etc etc
