How can I delete the account? I’ve tried starting a ticket, but there is no options to delete it?

You are required to have a support ticket number to receive any sort of help from ZOS, @Vylie.

Once you've completed that, you can list the ticket number in your thread, here ... where a friendly mod will see it.

...though, of course, since the support team are the people who will do this work, all the moderator could do would be to check in with them.

Which will absolutely not move your place in the queue. At least, not in a positive way.

Just talk to support.

Why would you think your issue is more important than players who already have a ticket ... and are still interested in playing the game?

I actually have a problem starting the ticket. I click the submit ticket button, than choose platform and the account, but in the drop down menus there are no options do delete account.
Don’t if I explained myself.....and i’ve got no problem to wait for the support to answer, it’s only normal that they solve issue of those who play first

Greetings, you can unsubscribe from ESO on your account page if that is what you are requesting. If you want your entire account deleted, you will need to open a support ticket for that.

I do wish to delete the entire account, but can you tell me how to pen a support ticket for that?

When starting a ticket to request an account deletion, you can use the closest category that gives you an option to start a ticket. You can also contact us by following the steps below:

1. Visit the account recovery page and select your platform, your UserID, and the appropriate option in the drop down for "Issue Type."
2. Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Your Current Email Address line.
3. Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Ownership Verification fields.
4. Attach any proof of purchase you may have to the form.
5. In the Describe Your Problem in Detail box, please include the email address that is currently associated with your ESO game account and a brief description of your issue.
6. When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
